House Rules
- Guests Must Register at the front desk
- Check In: 3 pm
- Check Out: 11 am
- Full payment of the reservation must be made at check-in.
- No smoking inside.
- No smoking in closed areas or near the rooms.
- Damage will be charged (wine stains, burns, cuts, among others that the guest may cause during their stay).
- We reserve the right of admission and permanence.
- We are not responsible for personal injuries caused inside or outside our facilities' installation, during the stay or transit in our facilities.
- Furthermore, we are not responsible for any situation caused in tours or walks outside our facilities.
- Please throw out the trash at check in into the trash shut in the hallway.
- There is no cleaning service provided during your stay.
- There are washer and dryers on each floor
- You will be given a starting amount of toilet paper and paper towels. Any extra needs to be purchased by the guest.
- Please close the windows when running the AC.
Guest access
Parking is available in the building. It is valet parking only, and the fee is $26 per day plus tax. You may pay when you arrive or There is also valet parking available at 6080 Collins ave for $18 a day, it is one block south. If you wish to park at 6080 Collins, please contact us. Also, there is free meter parking at the lot one block North from 6 PM to 8 am then $1 per hour during the day
Cancellation Policy
Please read our cancellation policy carefully, as it is not common for us to make an exception for it. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, we would appreciate your paying attention to the following:
- No refund is made.
- Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case the guest simply does not show up (and does not cancel in advance), the total price of the reservation will be charged and this will be non-refundable.
